Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Rocket Proxy app for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

Rocket Proxy is a network proxy and VPN client. You may add and connect to your own servers, and you may try the app using our free shared demo server. Using your own servers and the demo server is free.

Rocket Proxy Premium (auto-renewing subscription)

Rocket Proxy Premium is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks access to our managed premium proxy servers. Subscription details:

• Title: Rocket Proxy Premium
• Length: 1 month (auto-renewing)
• Price: US $4.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency shown at purchase)
• Included: access to our premium proxy servers with up to 200 GB of data per month

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial (where offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Fair-use data allowance

Premium includes a monthly data allowance (currently 200 GB). If you exceed the allowance, premium server access may be paused until the next billing period. This limit protects the shared premium infrastructure for all subscribers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app or our servers for any unlawful activity, to abuse or attempt to circumvent usage limits, or to disrupt the service for others. We may suspend access that violates these Terms or that threatens the integrity of the service.

No accounts

Rocket Proxy has no user accounts or logins. Premium access is tied to your subscription and your device via Apple’s on-device App Attest, so no personal login is required.

Third-party servers

When you connect to any proxy server — including servers you add yourself — that server’s operator may handle your traffic under their own policy. Choose servers you trust.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app and premium service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
